The law allows you to cancel a purchase within 7 days of receipt, if the trader does not meet any of his obligations:

• The merchant does not give you the required information before the conclusion of the contract (as explained in Part 1);
• The merchant does not give you the information as required by law (as explained in Part 1);
• The merchant does not give you the opportunity to accept or reject the proposal or to correct errors;
• The merchant gave you the contract, but it does not contain all the information required by law (as explained in Part 1);
• The merchant gave you the contract, but you cannot keep it and print it.

If the merchant does not send you a copy of the contract within 15 days of the transaction you are entitled to a cancellation period of 30 days from the date of the transaction.
