The reassignment to work – CSST and indemnities
If you are breastfeeding or pregnant and you are working in conditions hazardous to your health or that of your unborn child or nursing, you benefit from special protection. You have the right to be immediately assigned to other duties involving no danger and that you would be able to accomplish.

If the employer can not eliminate the danger, change your job or give you some other tasks, it is possible to stop working and receive benefits.
